The information presented on this site is primarily intended for parasitologists and mycologists, general practitioners and medical students, to facilitate online access to clinical practice guidelines and consensus conferences. This tool can be used in clinical practice, but also as part of initial and continuing medical training and the evaluation of professional practices.

Confidentiality

Cookies are not used when browsing this site. All requests (for information, access to site pages, use of links, etc.) may be recorded in completely anonymous form in the server database for the purposes of improving site content and research. Exchanges of electronic mail with any of the site’s contacts remain confidential and are stored in the recipient’s personal mailbox. Unless accepted by the sender, they may not give rise to publication or transmission to a third party of their content or email address and other personal data relating thereto.

Partners

Apart from clearly identified commercial links, this site refuses all forms of advertising. Certain functions (updating of information, specific technical developments, evaluation, etc.) require funding, which may be provided by: i) partner structures (university, learned society, medical organisation, laboratories, etc.), clearly identified on the site as ‘Partners’ where appropriate ii) research and development projects. Under no circumstances have these partnerships been able to influence the development or content of this site, as the ANOFEL association remains free to set its own editorial policy.

Property

The eAnofel website is the exclusive property of the Association Française des Enseignants et Praticiens Hospitaliers Titulaires de Parasitologie et de Mycologie Médicale (ANOFEL). All the images and filmed sequences in this medium are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction of the images and films for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without permission from the association (contact: ). The material is on legal deposit at the Bibliothèque Nationale (Paris).

Intellectual Property

The structure of the eANOFEL website, as well as all the content published on it, are protected by legislation relating to intellectual property. Photographs, illustrations, drawings or any other graphics, documents, signs, signals, writings, images, sounds or messages (such as captions) of any nature appearing on the eANOFEL website (hereinafter ‘the Content’) may not be reproduced or represented in any way without the prior express written authorisation of the French association of teachers and hospital practitioners in medical parasitology and mycology ANOFEL.

Text & data mining policy

The ANOFEL Collective is opposed to all harvesting and text and data mining operations within the meaning of article L. 122-5-3 of the Intellectual Property Code. This opposition covers the entire eANOFEL website and the Content to which it gives access. All harvesting and text and data mining operations targeting the website and its Contents, including by automated data collection devices, therefore constitute acts of counterfeiting unless a specific, formally expressed agreement is obtained from the ANOFEL collegial body.
