Malaria prophylaxis. Bednet use protects against insects’ nocturnal bite, especially in areas where anopheline vector is endophilic and endophagous. The efficacy may be increased by impregnation with pyrethrinoid insecticides. However, the bednet should be carefully set up to be fully efficient.
