Toxoplasma gondii – Tachyzoites in CSF (MGG stain, X1000)

Two small (2 µm to 3 µm) crescent-shaped tachyzoites of T. gondii may be observed in this CSF sample. Rounded nucleus stained purple red, and is very apparent.
