(Magnolopsida, Asteraceae) Qing-hao-su, or arteannuin, and other derivatives such as artemesin are extracted from this herb, called “qing-hao” in Chinese. Included since ancien times in Chinese pharmacopoeia for the treatment of fever attacks.
