Pseudolimax bütschlii – Cyst (5 µm to 20 µm) in stools (MIF concentrate)

Cysts of P. bütschlii have a glycogen vacuole which stains more or less with Lugol iodine. It should be remembered that a cyst displaying a vacuole does not necessarily belong to P. bütschlii species.
