Toxoplasmosis – MRI (T1 weighted image) of CNS

Following injection of a contrast agent, MRI shows 2 lesions. The first lesion appears under the ependyma, and the second, which displays a peripheral contrast enhancement, is in the frontal lobe.These multiple lesions which are contrast-positive are evocative of cerebral toxoplasmosis.
