Vegetal body in appendix (HES stain, X100)

Appendix lumen is entirely filled by a well delimited, partitioned body. Nothing is found which may be evocative of any parasite, namely cuticle, or digestive tract, or muscle cells. Conversely, the fine and even polyedric paritionning is evocative of a cellulose-made vegetal body.
