Morel spores

Morel spores are about 13 µm by 20 µm. The shell is double-outlined, thick, hyaline, and smooth. Contents are homogeneous and finely granular. The spores are often misdiagnosed as Giardia intestinalis cysts, or Sarcocystis hominis sporocysts.
