Splenic hydatid cyst in a 35 years old Tunisian patient (incidental finding)

Splenic hydatid cyst (Echinococcosis due to Echinococcus granulosus) in a 35 years old Tunisian patient (incidental finding). At laparotomy, we observed the significant splenomegaly. The white mass is the cyst transparency in the spleen.
