Mammomonogamus laryngeus and M. nasicola are tropical parasites of nasal fossae or upper respiratory tract of ruminants. Left: egg (85 µm x 50 µm) displaying a thick, smooth, not operculate shell, and containing 2 blastomeres. In Man, mammomonogamosis assumes the feature of a chronic cough.
