Ocular rhinosporidiosis due to Rhinosporidium seeberi

On examination, the  lesion looks like a pedunculated conjonctival papilloma. For the diagnostic , histopathology is required  because the etiologic causal agent (Rhinosporidium seeberi) doesn’t grow in culture. Surgical excision is the treatment .
