Tinea corporis of the face due to Trichophyton mentagrophytes

The inflammatory reaction of the lesion can be attributed to a zoophilic or a geophilic species, poorly adapted to humans (Trichophyton mentagrophytes).  The well limited edge evocated a dermatomycosis.
