Intertriginous Tinea cruris due to Epidermophyton floccosum

Dermatophytosis of the inguinal region (groin) due to Epidermophyton floccosum. Lesions are symmetric on both sides of the folds. Some vesicles are can be seen at the edge of the well limited lesion. Pruritus is present.
