Skin: Histoplasma capsulatum var. duboisii - Wet mount preparation

Wet mount preparation of yeasts sampled from a cutaneous ombilicated nodular lesion on the groin in a HIV-positive patient, from Cameroon. The patient had presented also bulky peripheral adenopathy associated with an interstitial pulmonary syndrome.
