The ulcerated and infiltrated lesions are, in fact, not specific. Only the histopathological and mycological analysis can confirm the diagnosis of coccidioidomycosis. This cutaneous localisation is linked to a hematogenous dissemination. The contamination happened during a stay in a camp in the south of the USA.
