Skin: actinomycosic mycetoma - Actinomadura madurae

Plantar actinomycetoma of the foot due to Actinomadura madurae. The tumor-like lesion after inoculation presents more inflammatory manisfestations than the fungal mycetoma.The numerous sinus-track formation with discharging whitish grains are clearly seen (for histology see C402).
