Paracoccidioidomycosis on the face

During paracoccidioidomycosis, the cutaneous lesions are secondary to a haematogenous dissemination.The papulo erythematous lesions, ulcerate and are often associated, on the face, to nasal and buccal mucous localization. A bacterial superinfection is frequent.
