Onychomycosis due to Onychocola canadensis

There is a nail dystrophy of three fingers of the left hand. The clinical manifestations are suggestive of a dermatophytic onychomycosis with a thickening and a whitish coloration. However, Onychocola canadensis infects exclusively the nails of old patients presenting vascular and trophic disorders.
