Scedosporium apiospermum - culture on Sabouraud agar medium

Scedosporium apiospermum on Sabouraud agar medium without cycloheximide grows as extensive cottony or woolly colonies. Their surface pigmentation is white to grey when aging. The growth is possible but restricted when there is cycloheximide into the medium.
