Onychomycosis of the big toe - Fusarium sp.

On this nail of the left big toe there is a proximal superficial onychomycosis associated with affected soft tissue around the nail (perionyxis). A hyalohyphomycete of the genus Fusarium was isolated after culture of the mycological sampling.
