Trichophyton soudanense - culture on Sabouraud agar medium

Sampling is realized with a sterile piece of carpet, and directly inoculated on Sabouraud with cycloheximide medium by apposition. It is a rapid technique to carry out epidemiologic investigations around a case of tinea capitis (here Trichophyton soudanense).
