Trichophyton verrucosum (syn. T. ochraceum) - culture on Sabouraud agar medium

Trichophyton verrucosum growth is slow, and is enhanced after an incubation at 32°C . An enriched medium with a vitaminic complex is the best. The represented colonies are at least, three weeks long. They are folded with a white pigmentation.
