Tinea capitis - Microsporum canis

Here, there is a unique patch of alopecia. Covered by fine scales and crusts in some place, the lesion has a discrete inflammatory aspect suggesting a non-anthropophilic tinea capitis. In this case, Microsporum canis was isolated.
