Sporotrichosis: cutaneous lymphatic sporotrichosis of the arm

During the sporotrichosis, the skin lesions characteristically follow the lymphatic pathways of the limbs. They are ulcerated nodular lesions, in chain. The diagnosis requires a superficial scraping of the lesion (to put in evidence the yeast forms).
