African histoplasmosis - bone lesion in a lombar vertebra

During histoplasmosis due to Histoplasma capsulatum var. duboisii, some osteolytic para vertebral lesions (arrow), similar to tuberculosis, are usual. The diagnosis requires the direct and/or histopathological and culture of the collected sample.
