Bone lesion: african histoplasmosis - Histoplasma capsulatum var. duboisii

The fistulized bone lesions on the skull and cervical adenopathies are suggestive of the infection. Differential diagnosis with tuberculosis. The diagnosis requires a direct examination and/or histopathology and culture of the collected sample.
