Oropharyngeal: gingival ulcer - Histoplasma capsulatum var. capsulatum

During histoplasmosis, the oral ulcers in the mouth are located on the internal cheeks, the tongue or the palate. The diagnosis requires a direct examination and culture of the recovered sample.
