Skin: alternariosis - post-traumatic infection

The crusty and verrucous aspect of the lesions is often observed in cutaneous alternariosis (here in association with Cushing disease). The direct examination, histopathology and culture of the sample will ensure the diagnosis (here Alternaria tenuissima).
