Pseudallescheria boydii - cleistothecia

Pseudallescheria boydii (sexual form of Scedosporium boydii). This sexual form can be obtained after 3 weeks on a nutrient deficient medium. There are yellow brown cleistothecia containing round asci filled with bold brown agglomerated ascospores.
