Scedosporiosis: post-traumatic lesion in an immunocompetent patient

The clinical manifestations are not suggestive of a mycosis. Nevertheless, in case of a chronic lesion due to a wound from a telluric origin and resisting to antibiotherapy, a fungal infection must be seeked.
