Lung: invasive aspergillosis - macroscopy and CT scan

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. The fungal lesion is tumor-like, into a cavity. The CT scan shows a nodular density bordered with the air crescent sign.This characteristic presentation correspond to the beginning of the excavation.
