Eye: post-traumatic Aspergillus keratitis

Aspergillosis. The eye is red, in tears, with photophobia and a fall of vision. The ulcer on the cornea is easily visible to the naked eye. The lesion is not specific. The aetiological diagnosis requires a mycological sample (direct examination and culture). The direct examination of a collected sample from this lesion is presented on picture C192.
