Actinomycosic mycetoma: Actinomadura pelletieri (X-Ray)

X-Ray is necessary to check-up a mycetoma, it shows the extension of the osteolysis, the lacunae of variable sizes giving a “wet sugar aspect”, the condensations and the osteoporosis associated to the reactional periosteum osteogenesis.
