Subcutaneus actinomycosic mycetoma - Actinomadura pelletieri

The actinomycetoma are frequent. The evolution is more rapid than in the fungal mycetomas, they are more inflammatory and more painful. Some ganglionic and lymphatic reactions occur. The grains of Actinomadura pelletieri are red.
