Subcutaneous actinomycosic mycetoma - Actinomadura pelletieri

The actinomycetoma are distinguished from the fungal mycetoma by the rapid evolution, a more inflammatory and a more painful disease. Some adenopathies and lymphatic reactions occur. The grains are never black.
