Skin: fungal mycetoma with black grains

Distortion of the foot by a fistulized tumefaction. The lesions are more or less painless. The Madura foot, a fungal mycetoma, is the most frequent mycetoma. The fungal etiology is obvious when the colour of the grains is black.
