Lung: Aspergilloma - CT scanning

“Bell shape” image: round intra cavitary opacity, in a thin walled cavity. Usually in the apical part of the upper pulmonary lobe, sometimes surrounded by a crescent of air, on the top, transparent to the X-Ray. The aspergilloma can slide in its cavity.
