Lung: Pneumocystosis- Chest X-ray

Chest X-ray shows bilateral diffuse interstitial pulmonary infiltrates, predominating in the upper lobe, without neither pleural effusion nor adenopathy. In human, the causative agent is Pneumocystis jirovecii.
