Skin: Pityriasis versicolor

Pityriasis versicolor (malasseziosis) usually presents patches of hypo or hyper pigmented macules that may often be confluent and sharply delineated, coppery brown on pale skin, pale patches are common on darker skin. Lesions affect the trunk, the neck or the arms.
