Clinical aspect of a cutaneous cryptococcosis in Hodgkin’s disease

The lesions can present different aspects. Either primary point of entry when it is caused by a cutaneous trauma or consecutive to the disseminated infection (meningitis …). In HIV-negative french patients, the responsible serotype of Cryptococcus neoformans involved in the disease often belongs to the D serotype group.
