Entamoeba histoloytica (amibe) - trophozoïte : foie (échographie)

Echographie hépatique chez un patient présentant une amibiase (Entamoeba histolytica). L’image révèle une zone hypoéchogène. Non homogène en D1, elle est sans limitation franche avec le parenchyme adjacent. En D2, le contenu hypoéchogène est plus homogène (stade plus tardif).
