Initially presented in CD-ROM form, then completely dematerialised, the ANOFEL image bank contains digitised photographs, combined with film sequences, on all subjects relating to medical parasitology and mycology. It provides illustrated and captioned material on parasitic morphology and the main fungal species of medical interest, as well as their epidemiology and the diseases they cause. Self-assessment tests are also provided.
This collection is designed both for teachers, who can easily extract images to enhance their presentations, and for students, who can effectively complete their training.
